Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid Canada Post shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original hangtags are included, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
